Dialog27 is a company of Zona Soluciones S.L., based in Madrid, Spain. The name Dialog27 ## A name that explains how we think The name summarises how we understand automation: as a structure that connects conversations, people, systems and business rules. Dialog ### Dialog Dialog represents structured interactions between organisations, people and systems. ![](https://www.dialog27.com/hs-fs/hubfs/raw_assets/public/d27-site-v1/images/dialog27-cube-blue.png?width=2048&height=2048&name=dialog27-cube-blue.png) 27 ### 27 27 symbolises structure, rigour and our relationship with artificial intelligence. What we do ## We design processes that start with a conversation We do not start from rigid forms. We start from the real way information reaches each organisation and design the journey that turns it into a reliable process. 01 ![](https://www.dialog27.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/d27-site-v1/images/about-recogemos.svg) ### We collect We unify information received through WhatsApp, email and other channels. 02 ![](https://www.dialog27.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/d27-site-v1/images/about-comprendemos.svg) ### We understand Artificial intelligence classifies, extracts, contextualises and checks the data. 03 ![](https://www.dialog27.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/d27-site-v1/images/about-conectamos.svg) ### We connect We deliver structured information to the people, processes and systems that need it. How we work ## Technology applied to real processes We combine process design, artificial intelligence and operational integration so automation works on real-life cases, not just demos. 1. 1 ### Structured process and dialogue design We define the process logic from the real way information arrives. 2. 2 ### Artificial intelligence for real operations AI interprets real content and works with business rules and context. 3. 3 ### Integration with each organisation’s systems We connect process outputs with ERP, CRM and corporate tools. 4. 4 ### Validation, traceability and control Every piece of data is checked and leaves an operational trail for the team. 5. 5 ### Multi-channel, scalable operation The same process can operate across WhatsApp, email, documents and more. ## Do you have a process that still depends on messages, documents or manual tasks? Tell us how it works. We will show you which parts can be automated with Dialog27.
